TIM BRENNAN
For 34 years Tim Brennan has been a retail broker in the Carolinas, representing both National and Regional retailers in their multi-market development strategies. As a native Charlottean and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, he has strong roots in the Carolinas and a comprehensive depth of market knowledge.
Tim built his business through representation of retailers of all sizes and real estate requirements. Working as an extension of our client’s real estate departments, he has excellent relations with retailers in most every category – directly or indirectly – and has concluded over 100 transactions throughout both Carolinas for corporations such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Home Depot and Target.
In addition, Tim has assisted many National and Regional developers in the pre-leasing of many large, power centers throughout the Carolinas. His involvement was instrumental in getting many of these projects off the ground.

Jackson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Real Estate Finance degree from Clemson University and lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and daughter.
JACKSON HUGHES
With 20+ years of commercial retail real estate experience, Jackson began his career in Charlotte working with clients such as TJX Stores, Michael’s Arts and Crafts, Ulta Cosmetics, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Cracker Barrel. In 2005 he joined a local developer to pursue brokerage opportunities with developments for Starbucks and CVS Pharmacies in North Carolina. During this time Jackson also worked with Dress Barn, Maurice’s, Jared Gallery of Jewelry, Darden Restaurants and Cracker Barrel.
Since joining The Navigator Group in 2009, Jackson has worked with Petsmart, Kohl’s Department Stores, Home Depot, Party City, Shoe Carnival, Big Lots, PDQ, Cracker Barrel, Earth Fare, Gabe’s, Kitchen & Company, The Tile Shop, QuikTrip, Pep Boys, Salon Lofts, CAVA, Postino, Chase Bank and Mattress Firm.
During his career, Jackson’s primary business has been tenant representation for National and Regional retailers. Possessing a thorough market knowledge of the Carolinas – with 20+ years experience taking retail opportunities from the preliminary site selection process, through leasing and development – Jackson has a comprehensive and seasoned skill set, providing finely tuned services for his clients.
